Please note that all pricing is subject to change without prior notice and is subject to exchange rate fluctuations. 

Free delivery via courier of HP equipment anywhere in South Africa within 2-3 days and to ground floor only. 

Free delivery of EPSON equipment via courier within the major city hub areas of SA only. 

Should you be uncertain, please contact us at sales@regma.co.za to confirm applicable delivery costs before purchasing. 

Delivery nationwide via The Courier Guy within 2-3 days but possibly longer if the location falls outside major town and city hub areas within South Africa.

Delivery times could be 1-2 days later if the location falls outside major town and city hub areas within South Africa.

Please note that delivery of all equipment is via courier who's policy it is to deliver to ground floor only. 

If paid labour is required to move any equipment up any stairs or floors then this will be for the customer's own account unless by prior arrangement with Regma.

Free installation and setup of equipment provided by Regma within Gauteng borders and the main hub areas of Cape Town,  Durban, Polokwane and Port Elizabeth. Should setup be required elsewhere please contact us at sales@regma.co.za. 

An appropriate roll of 80g plotter paper is required for setup can be purchased from the manufacturer namely Regma. Pricing on paper rolls is available by request at sales@regma.co.za.

Regma South Africa does not accept returns under any circumstances unless the item you receive is damaged or faulty. If you receive your order and it is damaged upon arrival, DO NOT sign and accept the delivery.

In some cases, if a damaged package has been accepted we may be able to arrange for a return, however, you MUST contact our service team within 8 hours of receiving the damaged parcel.

If an ink cartridge is ordered incorrectly then the return of the cartridge will be for the customer's own account and be sent to the nearest Regma branch after which a swop or credit will be made.
